Expansive Inventory

Expansive Inventory of Open and Closed Cell Flexible Foam AlternativesWisconsin Foam’s 60,000 square foot facility contains one of the largest and most diverse collections of standard and specialty open and closed cell flexible foam alternatives in the Midwest. We select the highest quality foam grades in the industry to ensure the most cost-effective solution for your application. Inventories are adjusted to customer order levels continuously to meet JIT (Just In Time) requirements.
Our inventory is divided chemically into many of the common chemical bases for plastics, ie polyethylene, polyurethane, polypropylene, neoprene etc.  These bases have a blowing agent added to them in order to initiate the foaming process turning the chemical to a blown or bubbled or foam form.

This reaction is typically an exothermic or heat generated reaction that requires a cooling time period – typically 24 hours – in order to “set” the product to a finished foam.

Once in the finished form, the product can be transported, fabricated, bent or compressed and returned to the original form.
