Regular lighter density grades 0.8#, 1.0#, 1.1#, 1.2#   IFD’s from 27 to 36

Softer grades are good furniture and upholstery back and pillow foams.  Firmer grades for arm foam.  Also athletic padding, economy landing pads, blocking and kick pads.

As packaging foams economy light weight requirements.

Good general purpose lighter duty economy packaging foam.

3PPI, 10 PPI, 20PPI, 30PPI, 45PPI, 60PPI, 80PPI, 100PPI
1.8# density, IFD rating of 50
Charcoal and white
 
High-tensile, tear and elongation qualities. Uniform appearance. Used in the filtration of air, water, oils, and other liquids. Also premium buffing and polishing foams for waxes and finishes. Good gasketing foams where strength qualities are important. Thermal reticulation lends to super high tensile, tear and elongation specifications.

Anti-static – 1.4# Density    IFD rating 35
Pink color
Anti static packaging foam for electronic circuit boards components and devices.  Dissipates harmful static charges, helping to protect these damages.  Often convoluted in form

Specialty foams  -  1.4# Density   IFD rating 45
Red, yellow, black and blue colors available                                               
Application notes:  Toy spec. foams.  Meets FDA toxicity requirements for toys, puzzles, games etc. 
Nice appearance for  medium grade packaging foams for color importance.
Most grades meet California Fire Retardancy specifications.

Sponge Foam   - Yellow
Good absorption, double blown cell structure imitates natural sponges.
Nice appearing household or automotive sponges

Low Perm  -  Charcoal
Low or no permeability, closed cell flexible urethane
Good gasketing foam

Mil-C
Firmer packaging foam, Mil-C, meets Military Spec 26514, Type 1 Class II, Grade C
Firmer arm foam for furniture

Ergonomic and upholstery work
Good for durable economy seating and mattress foams, plush back foams

2#  density – IFD rating of 100

Athletic, firmer urethane, firm seating for benches, etc.

2.7# to 3# density –  IFD ratings 35, 60, 65, 70, 80,120, 135
White, yellow or green
Premium seating and furniture foams, durable low fatigue, compression set
Higher density lends to plush comfort, high support, firmer grades, good kneeler
pad and church furniture foams

Visco   -  4# and 5#   - White
Visco elastic or slow recovery.  Premium mattress foams for high end mattress
Construction.  Durable well proven foams.

Code Red
Super fire retardant seating and general purpose foam.
Depending on construction, used to meet more stringent fire codes
Such as California 133, Boston Port Authority, New York Port Authority. Steiner tunnel tests.

Rebond  -  6# & 8# density
Recycled, reconstituted, shredded and rebonded urethane. 
Carpet pad foam, super durable.
Agriculture use in comfort pads for cow, horse and pigs.
Fatigue pads for work stations.
Outlasts many other foams for fatigue.
Good for loading steel rule dies
Our urethane scrap is all converted into these foams.

Confor  -  5.5# density  - Yellow, pink, blue, green

*Premium aircraft seating, medical rehabilitation and

     *Slow recovery impact absorbent.  Good protection foam.

Roll foam
Scrim Rolls
Light density, fire retardant.  Non-woven backed rolls
½ x 72 x 60’.  Backing able to be stitched for upholstery work.
Good sound deadening rolls for absorbing background noises in
sound studios.

20 PPI, 30 PPI, 30PPI Vela, 45PPI
Rolls are clickable, able to be used in assembling air filters
with in-line production
